The big ($11 billion) one which the Feds are pursuing was to go to trial early this year but has been postponed. Back when retail stock analysts followed EDMC, it was expected that they could be found guilty and fined $500 million. Insurance would cover some of it.
The other lawsuits will wind their way through the system with the lawyers for each side bleeding their clients to the bone. This is a very expensive exercise in deniel by EDMC and consistent with the corporate mentality to never admit wrong doing no matter what the price or who pays the price.
