At QC, like any other businesses, there a big difference between what you can see from the inside vs. What image is being represented from the outside
Just before rats infected with bubonic plague die, the fleas that infected them leave for other victims. ...And people think business is nothing like the natural world....
Anonymous125003 , You nailed it. Captain and Co-captain ( with their buddies) of QShip are looting ship and getting ready to jump before moved control to Auto Sink mode!
Considering circumstances, fair to say many would do the same.
PJ and SM know their clock is ticking in this Titanic: they want to rip as much as possible before they GTFO so that they don't have to work anymore.
PJ and SM should get charged with corporate fraud for paying themselves $100M while screwing company and employees...
QC management must be getting pissed off with so much activity here discussing there nonsense....HaHa! Screw Q Management.
QC reaping what they sowed over the years with their corrupt hiring practices. Can't wait for a venture capitalist to buy them someday and use them as a tool for the pure purpose of making money. It'll be like QC walking the streets of Mira Mesa waiting for a John.
They can kiss my ass!!
Yes, QC organization has encouraged the commodity concept. People are most productive when working as team and have ownership of the work. QC only value output and reward managers for grinding out products. That works for while, as long as sale is good. When sale is down then finger pointing starts, but it is hard to hold any one accountable.
For Q and other companies, employees are just a commodity; they come and get replaced; there is no such thing as valuating workforce, especially with rising outsourcing trend.
There is no retaliation here. It is just a bunch of people voicing their frustration with a mismanagement and misplaced priority. People are the most important priority. Exec’s that like to cater to Investment community will find themselves out of job when the employees no long support them, just like an army deserting its general. S&M can do all the work by himself (?).
Thats great...screw Q.
Good, f***'em.
