Can someone briefly explain to me how your RSU process works (how much you get and how vesting works). I work in a non related industry, just comparing how my co is doing. I'll tell you my situation, working for a fortune 500 company, director level, 15 direct reports, 20 years of experience, IT field, company in manufacturing, I get about $30K / year in RSUs which vest every 36 months. Randomly found this board. Thanks.

We get rsu grants which vest one third per year for three years. Probably a guy with 20 years experience and director level here gets much more than 30k per year
