Yay math! Obviously some people are just dumb
5 days @ 8 hrs/day is (voila!) 40 hours! full week. no creativity. just math.
2 months + 5 days for each year. Note that it's 5 days and not a full week. More creativity by QComm. Who knew all the innovation was located in HR
Nice try. If they gave 6 months severence, I would volunteer to GTFO. With 6 months severence + 6 months normal unemployment benefits plus 2 weeks for every year of service I would take an around the world cruise.
