Unless you are a native American, you are an immigrant/foreigner. It's just that your forefathers liked to work hard while you don't. Go study the history of how this country was built.
who got GC here is not foreigners,OP meant only H1b's should go back and I agree with it. H1Bs are distorting wages for citizens/GC folks.
Why do you guys say H1Bs are paid less than citizens? I have known atleast one guy who complained about 0 bonus last to last review. I think with visa and GC processing expenses, cost of keeping an H1B is higher.
Companies do well because their expenses are lowered by hiring H1Bs. That is the reason. However, I believe their overall expertise and quality of work goes down.
