My team is hiring though everyone in team thinks there is not enough work for a new person. We are hiring to fill diversity quota. If not my need to pay bills, i would have quit this company.

Intel is for people with no other options.
Nothing in ISP says that your position is being eliminated. Just, to put it harshly, you suck and are costing the company a lot of money. Thanks for your past contributions, but you are not that valuable to Intel anymore. -BK
Day I got my ISP I walked by JFCC and saw at least 150 NEOs being indocrinated. Most of them white and indian college grads with a middle aged few turban heads mixed in.
@124625 sorry to see you on ISP. My manager is perfect on your skill. He is not on IISP. Maybe one more skill you are still not good at. Be the buddy of your boss.

He'll be better off without Intel
My son is graduating from engr school next year. He is not a diversity candidate and is not Indian, so I feel he cannot compete to land a job at a company like Intel.
Quit fast if can- this damn company. Intel is so exposed to China - almost 57% out of APAC and China accounts for more than 3/4 of that. Chinese stock market bubble and its growth is bursting and so will Intel burst.

If you go to the internal orgtree.intel.com "management level counts" you will see that our headcount is still over 112k. So, a lot more cuts are needed.

Can your team hire more managers? I was a manager on ISP and am good at pretending to do work that does not exist.
Focal reviews for Intel hiring managers will contain diversity quotas, so you know managers will lower their hiring standards to achieve these goals.
