Join one of those outsourcing companies like WiPro, Tata, or Infosys. They'll sponsor your H1-B in return for you taking a compensation hit of 1/2 of what you wre previously making.....You know, because those shady companies do just that to try to squeeze the cost of real work away from people that live here. Yes, that sucks, but thats what of us had to confront, so now you understand.
