Dude most of the big companies have CEOs as indians or indians in top positions .. If indians only did day to day work it wudnt happen.. A lot of qcom systems engineering are H1Bs and indians and as far as qcom is concerned tht s where innovation happens.. So stop complanin n put ur ass to work buddy!
I'm sure H1Bs contributed to the busy work and day-to-day. Perhaps not so much on innovating, however.
