Q was the very best company to work for in San Diego when it's workforce was very diverse. After the workforce passed 50+% Indians, things started to change, little by little. When you grow up in a society, and you take majority influential control of a company culture, you impose your society values on the company. No avoiding that. Exec suite doesn't care, as long there is money to be made of it.

Why would it be different this time?
They already told the city they are done growing here, they not only passed on the new stadium banking rights, they are trying to sell the name of the existing stadium they have several buildings being quietly shopped as well, some still full of people.
It won't happen overnight (unless they find a buyer) but it's pretty much a given.

God has nothing to do with the mismanagement of this company and the downturn in the company. God will not save your sorry @$$ either from what is coming and what people deserve as a consequence of their poor decisions and behavior. Drink the Kool-Aid if you want to.
Margins in QCT suck right now, but they are still positive margins. People talk like QCT is losing money and needs to be scrapped. That is just foolish.
How is Q "more than a job"? Is that like Barca football is more than a club? Sorry, I'm immune to koolaid.

Exactly , the reduction that is happening right now is a normal correction of growth that is needed for the company I am NOT human resorces I'm not a mouth piece of anyone I'm a free person works with this great company and I believe that we have a great technology that will definitely prove itself like it did in the past 10 years there is no one better than us in understanding the future of this industry and how to be always number one ....you would always hear negative news negative people and that's normal, that's acceptable even, however the people who focus , be patient , and ignore the negative vibe would always be among the winners who would always win with this company ... God willing the proof will be in the future for you.. stop this madness here and forget about everything the negative news and negative rumors .. because they are just negative poison , and enjoy the success and enjoy the future that this company is offering us .. thank you God for giving us such opportunity and I ask you to protect it for us for years and years and years to come
