Even if you survive this one, the story doesn't end. Intel will certainly do another round of lay-off once the deal is done.

Take it up the bunghole QC. Hope it's long, painful and repeated many times until you no longer exist. You did the same to all the "unqualified American Engineers" by bringing in cheap labor H1Bs and fostering their messed up culture. Hope you squeal and bleed mf'r.

Intel is called In-Hell by people working there. They will layoff most everybody in San Diego if they acquire you and keep a few good people. Standard business procedure. Hope it doesn't happen for your sake.
Intel is so much worse than QCOM. People at QCOM are so spoiled. INTC does layoffs yearly and it doesn't even make press. QCOM does it and you have all these drama queens saying they are goign to sue, they are going to jump, they are going to have to sell their shitty suburban house.
