Just a bit of a correction here, BCG team is on a time/material contract with a blended rate of $6200/day per resource plus 12% expenses paid. This include analysts, consultants, and managers. The partner on the project is paid via a separate arrangement. The money goes to BCG, the resources engaged are salaried. I hope this helps.
