I wasn't.

There will be no jobs left at QC in the future. It's all blah, blah, blah, blah,....
Please don't say "nobody was impressed" because I was. I've been through layoffs before and as a middle-manager had to let people go, and the way SM & PJ handled things was pretty stellar. They talked about the details as much as they could, they empathized, and they set the tone that this is hard stuff that no one wants to do but is a necessary part of doing business sometimes. I thought they did a great job presenting what was very difficult subject matter, and I give them props for that. Of course we wish things were different and the company hadn't outgrown it's prospects but sometimes you place your bets and then have to take your lumps when they don't pay off.
It reminded me of the pep talk he gave during one of Mediaflo's AH. He asked all to hang on and said it is his job to make sure that everyone is placed at a different position within QC if things don't work out.
The beatings, I mean meetings, will continue until morale improves
nobody was impressed with any part of the AH's yesterday -just a bunch of "no information" bullshit .
Why bother having that .what a joke
