Just use Chef to automate the C-Suite but make sure to leverage agile so your feedback loops of suckage are frequent.

What are you basing your comment on that MM drug his feet? He had an obligation to stay at Tesco and it was clear that he wouldn't up until early summer due to that obligation. Are you just talking sh*t or do you really know that he had second thoughts on joining?
Best of luck to Target if that is the plan to outsource all of IT. Would likely turn out the same as the MSP for distribution.
