Former Intel manager here. Took TMG VSP in June. To see BK in a man-love moment with Jessie Jackson made me hurl. Cozying up to this fraud makes Intel HR a fraud. Glad I left... as a manager, could not take anymore of Intel's toxic and tortured "diversity" BS....

@124123: If you are below 40, then sadly yes you are exactly what BK is looking for, skills and experience is secondary now so go ahead and apply. If you are above 40 don't expect to be around for long though. You not being from a 3rd world country might be a hindrance too.

Its hard to believe that an engineering company can buy into diversity crap. Just hire who ever is best for the job. How hard is it to understand. But then intel is not run by great engineers any more. Bob royce must be turning in his grave.
@123453. It's actually worse than that. Groups are not allowed to fill a rec until at least one so-called URM has been interviewed. Effectively, even when a hiring manager has a perfect match for an open rec then the position goes unfilled until a colored female from a 3rd world applies (and possibly gets preferred by HR). In my book that is pure discrimination (by gender and race) and I don't see how that policy can hold up against anti-discrimination laws.

More redeployments this week across several groups, marketing especially hit hard again as BK and Fund continue to get rid of anyone that was on board pre Fund.
I passed on the May VSP.. Looking for any inside info...
