Do not forget. There is no company in the world that makes wireless chipsets better than Qualcomm. Qualcomm cannot be closed...but yes. If management does not work well, there is a possiblity that it will sink. And the wireless sweet spot will be taken by some other company. But it is not easy to make Baseband chipsets. Companies like Broadcomm, Marvell, Nokia, Intel, Icera, STM, all failed in making Baseband chipsets.
