Would seem to contradict the hint that Davis dropped at last earnings call. Guess they changed their mind?

Cns almost guarantee no layoffs in legal/patents. They are going to need all those lawyers going forward.
not what they said. every group has been given a budget target. nobody knows if it's 15% across the board or if some groups are higher than others. My guess is it depends on ROI. If your group is not doing much, they may cut 100% of it. other groups may not get any reductions.
Somehow I got the impression that it would be decided after this review cycle? Is that not correct?
