Yes you will have opportunity to vote. Their formal selection will be through election in next shareholder meeting. Do you have support of 51% votes? if so, yes you can get director of your choice in board ( thats what exactly JANA threaten to do )

If PJ is a no show, then some eggs and tomatoes thrown at the stage are in order too. After all, he's the boss of SM & the board, supposedly, so he owes us an explanation of this sudden change in the board of directors. Aren't we, the shareholders, to approve any change there? I do not approved these new JANA directors, if I had given the opportunity to vote on this issue.
