Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

Weatherford Europe Management Compensation

The layoffs continue, does anyone have actual compensation numbers for the European management? Downsize the management this would have financial impact not laying off us field personnel.

Bruni ?

Colamatti ?

Bremner ?

All these managers got bonus and significant increases in compensation in 2015 while others were being laid off. If these managers are so good why is WFT Europe in such bad shape and how could they let things go out of control for so long? Share the information

Europe like the US is awash with middle management from lead hands to supervisors to made up titles some of these guys are managing just a few skilled experienced employees who can happily work unsupervised. Without giving my location away I know of some hourly rate leading hands doing regular overtime while everyone else is under a overtime ban! It stinks of double standards but that's Weatherford always looking after the old boys network

I am told less pay, and they continue to take away my benefits. Has Thomas Bruni taken a pay cut? No he got a 40% pay raise to leave Romania and live in London.

More layoffs same as in the US and will be focused on "support positions". They should be looking at the layer upon layer of management and account managers who are getting paid over $15,000 US/month.
