I would say.... F##k you SM...worse CEO ever
SM will last until they split the company. Sanjay Jha will takeover the QCT piece and clean house. Split plans will go into affect September '16.
Any idea which departments within QCT may eventually move offshore?
It is not too late for S&M to take the Microsoft offer.

I'd give him less than 6 months, a new JANA friendly CEO will roll in and it'll get even worse (mostly for the C-level folks which will all get replaced, VPs will be pruned big time too)...
