i worked for 5 (almost) years and i got 2 months time to find a job, NO IOS allowed, so has to be outside of qualcomm. They did not vest any of my un-vested stocks, ESPP would be returned without 15% benfit. I got severance to the tune of 2 months in addition to the 2 months notice period. There are some options if I leave before the 2 month period but they dont value out to be a lot money.

In last December layoff, severance was 8wks, plus 2wks for every year serviced, plus lump sum health care $1200.
Were you PIP'ed and don't have many other options?
