Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

They are sure making TNC look very pretty.

Roads are being fixed, new plants are going in, they are turning on the sprinklers around 4 PM every day, lawn games are in the courtyard, fire marshal was out a few weeks ago, they are skimming the pond, and building services have been more present around the building. Hmmm, I wonder what that is for? The rumor I keep hearing is Medtronic is a possible option to rent the space. I hope there is not another BIG FLOOD in the new building, but as long as they save Starbucks people will be alright.

So amusing to watch from store level. Escalade payments vs rent/ food. Welcome to the new age.

Northern Campus is beautiful...I don't know how many times they had to re-do the windows when the buildings were first constructed - it would be wise for Target to unload this albatross...there is plenty of room downtown and in India. Please just tell your plans and put an end to rumors, etc. it makes the work environment toxic.

What is happening at Target happens at every company that makes major changes. Your not special you are just stressed and tired. Probablya lot of people have given up fighting the battle.

I find it quite amusing to read all the comments. Amazing how well we get along and work as a team. Calling a fellow team member a @ who wants employees like that? It's clear that when you are drowning, you'll pull anyone under to save yourself. And that's a shame.

Anonymous120463 is right on point. LOL.

The most stupid work setup. I get my downtown access shut down. I moved to TNC for six months, commuted 40 miles just to sit in a contractor table to talk over the phone to people in downtown. No thank you. For the rest of my assignment I worked from a Starbucks a block from my house, saved time and money on buses / fuel / etc and nobody ever cared where I worked from.

These bastards think that they can do routine maintenance, conduct regularly help fire inspections to verify lack of fire code issues, and do things to make it easier to have a game of ladder golf, the absolute arrogance of teams to do their jobs, versus taking to the net to spin up all kinds of wild-ass conspiracy theories, is absolutely mind blowing. I am shocked that people with that kind of work ethic haven't had it drilled out if them by visiting this site.
