God I hope RTP gets an axe... they've been useless for a long time. They cause more work for the rest of the company than they deliver on.

QCT for sure. Modem, core BSP, apps. When MSM business is drying up, I guess all QCT teams will be cut. QCA was already downsized earlier this year, so they may escape without much damage.
I heard some corp R&D folks complaining that projects have been slow recently. May be there'll be cuts there too. If there are still any engineers on extinct projects like Mirasol, Brew, Qchat etc, they will all go.
