I disagree. Asians are not Indians. The former are hard working folks, they work, for don't have time to speak. The latter- those are the ones that talk all the time, for don't have time to work. They readily talk on every topic even when itis out of their competence to demonstrate that English is not a second language. We, simple Americans unfortunately believe everything that we were told. And thanks to Obama for his wealthy student exchange program, there are more of the latter in Houston than the former. Especially in O&G so we have more talking to do now since we are downsized and there is less things to do. But the good thing is - they readily pay to talk, and the bosses like it.

There is nothing behind just a big name. I worked there for a while and know how these guys their positions and move up the ladder - bribes and connections. All is stinky and disgusting! The only thing that I regret of is the years that I had wasted with this company.
Do yourself a favor and leave that company on your own if you can, as we all know they only care about looking good to the share holders not there employees. I have been gone from big blue for a while now and can't imagine how I put up with all the head games and crap they dish out. They could double my salary and I still wouldn't go back, my sanity is worth more than any paycheck.
