If the savings target is 300 Million, and if 25K people are left employed - let's do the math: 300,000,000/25,000=12,000 - so, on average our loss (bonus/RSU) would be around 12K per employee (I'd take that)

Think about it - if your positionis intact, but if you do not get your bonus/RSUs - would you want to work here? Think about it... That's what they are doing, they are laying people off, for the folks who are left here, they are fvcking them off

Reaffirming Commitment to Significant Capital Return Program - this will mess up bonus levels (for sure) and "MAY" affected RSU distribution - the savings will be realized but it will be workers who will make this happen (through accepting less compensation overall)
