Yup.... 15% reduction in FTE compensation costs. Plus there will be a reduction in the separate category of outside labor contractor costs.
So way to look at it is out of 10 desks, two employees will be RIFed. Plus additional contractors beyond the 10 original desks.
How will we get all that work done????
