Healthcare teams layoff today???

Yep, last week at msp only few HC PMs were told their position is eliminated, rest of them are moved to data migration or doing some kind of work. As previous layoffs the selection criteria doesn't makes sense, but hey at least on papers they have given a good severance package, let's see.
Time is till October 2015 for Technical folks and People Managers/PM's will have go through the "normal" process of Survey elimination which is happening for rest of the TTS non technical folks
People who work in stores in pharmacy or clinics were told they can reapply for their positions. I imagine many of them will stay working there if that's what they want to do. As for layoffs, I'm guessing it's people at HQ who support these areas under the Health and Beauty pyramid.
What is time given?
TTS PM's in Healthcare were informed that they need to find a different positions in TTS or leave in Target India today
Are not the pharmacists and techs being hired by CVS? The corporate dysfunctionals were out
Did you hear on the news about CVS actually gave this lady the "wrong" prescription for her child - not only did it happen once, it happened twice - kind of gives one a lot of warm fuzzies...store pharmacies are in good shape - the HQ, probably not so much
Define what you mean by Healthcare Teams - are you saying pharmacists and/or pharmacy techs were let go? Healthcare scheduling? People who deal with the finance aspect of target's health care business? Health care buyers/merchants? It's unclear what is meant 'HC Teams'- and do you know the number of people affected?
Business hit harder than TTS but yes, there were HC layoffs today. India tomorrow.
Target and Healthcare were always two words that didn't belong together. Any self-respecting, educated pharmacist or clinician knew that after seeing it from the inside. If these layoffs occurred or are expected, the folks in Target healthcare will find another job with no effort whatsoever. Dem good people !
