So there is a movement afoot on insidetgt to identify and then vote on practices that are painful to team members and maybe a waste of time. Sad thing is that as usual instead of identifying the process with the most savings associated with cutting or improving the ones being looked at are those getting most votes . I guess if 5 people affected by a 20 million dollar opportunity vote but 200 people affected by a 200 dollar opportunity vote.....the 200 dollar opportunity wins and gets addressed. I hate our aassanine leadership.

Wait, you're complaining about the company asking for input on actionable items from a broad audience?
Go home OP. You're drunk.
Not in TTS but happy to see some change. Don't know what Devops is but judging by your disdain for it, it must have some merit. Looking forward to your 'life after Target' post.
120112 must be trying to earn his devops tee shirt. ..this aint the boy scouts son.
I guess it was 120112 who dreamed up this assanine approach, oops I ruffled someone's feathers....my bad.....continue with your folly.
Why don't you do your best to articulate your $20 million idea and people might vote? These processes aren't owned by one team that needs to prioritize them all to determine the ONE that needs to change...they are owned by many teams that may have lost sight of the voice of their customer. So many processes at Target are implemented without the input of people that have to use them. Some processes become entities that no one knows who created or why they exists. This is an opportunity to allow people that live with the process pain and waste daily to have a voice for positive change. Do you by chance own the Quarterly Access Review process in MyAccess?...
Where can we do this? I have a bunch of ideas to submit but have never seen that on insideTGT
This is why companies have to conduct random layoffs and reorganizations like Target is currently undergoing.
