Its your duty for all the other colleagues in your office here locally to say fvck you, figure things out yourself. What are they going to do, fire you?

You should first get trained by overseas team.
When I left and they asked me to train a team overseas, I gave people the finger. If I can do it, so can you. Its not that hard. If you don't, this practice will continue because you didn't both to stand up
