Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Here's an idea..

Remember when the idea was: "if you want people to embrace change, you bring them along and give them a seat at the table?" Here's a novel idea: send a survey to all non-managerial personnel, asking for their ideas on transformation, redundancies, and inefficiencies! Let that go straight to Baine and the top - no stop in between....There would be a plethora of ideas!

That would be great, unfortunately leadership has made it pretty darn clear that it's Target before team and they aren't really interested in keeping team members happy or listening to our ideas.

Perhaps - as long as these ideas are anonymous. There is a feeling of dis-ease (pun intended) about sharing ideas right now. If there wasn't an undercurrent of paranoia amongst the ranks this board would have no readers or posters.
