What happened today??? Really?
The vote for shareholders was announced that 95% of shareholders voted for the Staples buyout of Office Depot. As a share holder I never received an email, a phone, call, snail mail or anything indicating that today everyone was to meet in Boca Raton to cast their votes. I was never once told how to cast my vote if I was not able to attend this meeting.
How many others got screwed over in their voting rights?
