By December 2015, the Target HQ will consist of: BC and the board, all the EVP's, SVP's and VP's and cash-milking suits that BC can add from his friends list, a Stores Team of 10 people replying to store emails, three interns cranking Excel reports to post on the Analytics site or export to MicroStrategy, bean counters and the janitors. Oh, and a Financial Advisor in house so the suits can plan their golden retirement. Everybody else will be outsourced. Thousands of contractors running like headless chicken because there is no direction.
