Okay I see good friends that got promoted and lost their jobs today because of a job grade. WTF. I see plenty of grade 15 that still remain and not contribute to the overall cause of drinking the cool aide. Why do we not recognize people who execute and get things done vs GTK coffee status. Makes me ill the lack of acknowledgement on those that execute and get the SHIT done.

Ironic that people who seemed smug and "safe" are now ones being targeted because they are still employed. I've never been any place where there are so many "managers" with no staff or one or two. Those higher pay levels are probably next because you can reduce the amount of money the company is paying and have smaller layoff numbers to report to make yourself look good.
I cannot even understand how they picked the people today. It makes it worse if you cannot even understand the thought process behind it. Think it is time to go
I was a pg15 who got shit done and got laid off in March. Wasn't big on kool aide or gtkys. Just saying, you're generalizing a lot. By the way, the ones that got let go are the lucky ones, it's cliche, but life is much better outside the bullseye.
