Why are they doing it in phases and cooking the transformation in low flame. Every time you feel like this is done and now let's start the work we end up realizing few more will go...is it some kind of joke...our C-suite is incapable of taking good decisions. Folks wake up take a giant leap instead of these baby steps and just kill al the people whom you don't want at one go...if you can't do this just kill yourself...

I completely agree. I'd rather just get it done with and move on than have all this speculation, worry, and disruption all the time.
