Okay I see good friends that got promoted and lost their jobs today because of a job grade. WTF. I see plenty of grade 15 that still remain and not contribute to the overall cause of drinking the cool aide. Why do we not recognize people who execute and get things done vs GTK coffee status. Makes me ill the lack of acknowledgement on those that execute and get the SHIT done.
