The Outlandish Behavior of Managers in India

Why would male India managers be allowed to dirty dance with there female employees during the work day, while listening to music?

Why would male India managers be allowed to promote there female employees based on looks, even when others have identified that employee as a low to mid-range performer only?

Why would an India manager be allowed to remain in his position of authority after sexual harassment complaints?

Why are India managers not managing out employees who are repeatedly falling asleep at work?

Why would a Director of a Support Team taking 2-3 hour meal breaks, where he drinks alcohol until he is impaired? Why would multiple senior leaders know this and allow him to be promoted from Sr. Manager to Director anyway?

Why would India managers refuse to speak with angry clients, and attempt to handoff that responsibility to a North American manager?

I would love to know the answer to these questions, and many more. There is little accountability of managers in India. These are the people leading the India Support operations that this company is going forward with!

The person who is saying company has taken a good step to kick off negative people let me tell you one thing mc ..I know who you are.. Cabin mein baith k bakwas kar raha hai mc ..so ur from HR dept and everyone in all scripts knows ki HR dept is a hijdon ki fauj...I spent five years here ..may be more time than you ..and was a great performer all the years ..you will be fired one day tooo and tab I want to see ur dog face ....to hijda hair aur hijda hi rahega ..u don't take a single decision on ur own tu toh sum hilane wala kutta hai Jo Us ke logo k order follow karta hai ..tu jahan b jayega kutta ban kr hi rahega ...thu hai tujpe ..haakh thu ..

The comment below this comments is from some coward who works in allscripts HR deptt ...dont worry mr coward ur time will also come and u will be kicked out also ..Its easy to say what ever u r saying coz i hv not been fired and u talking abt whistle blowing ..go f*** urself ..I raised voice many times and what did u do ? Nothing ...everyone in allscripts knows the credebility of so Called HR dept . The deptt is good for nothing ..shame on you ..shame on all of you

after seeing above comments, I feel good that Allscripts has taken a very good step to kick off the unprofessional and unwanted employees. those negative comments are only seen when people felt the heat on their ass, There are policies defined including external stake holders appointed to hear the harassment and discrimination related complaints and the idiots above can only complains when they are kicked off? what the hell they are doing when they are working in Allscripts, why not act as a whistle blower or log a police complaint if you are sexually harassed? Business does suffers loses and organization has to take tough decisions, no one really likes this. It is worse to see employees who feed their family with Allscripts pays for these many years and are not giving a small respect during tough times. An individual in Allscripts does not represent entire company culture. The males employee's who are complaining should give proof before pointing fingures to women employees, I am not sure if they have same opinion if their mother, wifes or sister working in same company and have got promoted. guys raise your voice if you seen something not going right while you are employeed and not when you are kicked off....if you don't have guts to fight then don't comment nonsense.

This story does not surprise me. I have witnessed some of the half-witted Indian girls that support my US-based team. I can see their somewhat suggestive / attractive Lync/Skype profile pics, and can only assume some of them are sleeping their way into job security, because the quality of their work is poor, even after multiple attempts to correct it sometimes. The obvious conclusion is that the Indian management is corrupt, sleeping with the female employees, and there is obviously a mad, bacchanalian money-grab for our filthy American corporate dollars in "booming India" these days. Everyone is rolling in so much money, I guess no one cares about accountability. If the bad apples get caught and fired, chances are excellent they'll easily get a similar job with another American company. All they have to do is speak English reasonably well and suck up to their American boss, right? It's very tragic, all around. The fact that they get away with it must irritate you Indians who are actually responsible professionals. They are giving you all a bad image.

Sab managers chutiya hai mc allscripts mein bc aata jaata kuch nahi behan k.lode manager bane hai ..sabse ghatiya company hai bc ..gandu management leke aaoge toh yahi hoga ..chutiyaap chal rha hao kab se ..mc managers unko promotion dete hai jinko aata kuch nahi ...ladkiyaan bable dikha k le leti hai promotion ladke loda hilate rehte hai ..bc randiyaan bari padi hai support mein..mc company mc management

The truth is indian mangement is lazy and coward ..some managers are not even qualified to be called managers..and yes girls are promoted based on looks ..not on the basis of performance...even married managers have no shame..they r ready to sleep with girls half their age...and girls R ready to do anything to get promoted ..f the higher management in india and f allscripts
