Why would male India managers be allowed to dirty dance with there female employees during the work day, while listening to music?
Why would male India managers be allowed to promote there female employees based on looks, even when others have identified that employee as a low to mid-range performer only?
Why would an India manager be allowed to remain in his position of authority after sexual harassment complaints?
Why are India managers not managing out employees who are repeatedly falling asleep at work?
Why would a Director of a Support Team taking 2-3 hour meal breaks, where he drinks alcohol until he is impaired? Why would multiple senior leaders know this and allow him to be promoted from Sr. Manager to Director anyway?
Why would India managers refuse to speak with angry clients, and attempt to handoff that responsibility to a North American manager?
I would love to know the answer to these questions, and many more. There is little accountability of managers in India. These are the people leading the India Support operations that this company is going forward with!
