Anyone else noticed that Brian has been completely missing from corporate communication to team since his disastrous lecture about the layoffs. Is he that thin skinned?

Haven't really heard from any leaders (TTS) including Brian. What is the deal..
Compare one of his last transformations Sam's Club to Costco....Costco wins by believing in it's people.....he cut 10-12k in employees to save money.
Correct. Brian the Butcher is nothing but a hatchet man. He cuts costs - mostly human. He has ZERO vision for growing a business. He has ZERO vision as to how to take an organization to the next level. He has ZERO ability to think from a high altitude and look into the future. He has ZERO knowledge of how to build top line sales. He has ZERO knowledge in regard to the positive aspects of treating people as an asset, instead of a liability. He has ZERO concern for the future of this company, or any of its people - he is only looking to chop as much as he can, make as many for himself as he can, and then run out the door. He has ZERO concern about the mess he will leave when he departs or how it will be fixed.
The board only hired him to be the hatchet man....he really doesn't need to show his face much. He comes in, looks at org charts and numbers for cost savings and identifies the layoff list with the help of HR and outside consultants. In 2 years he will take his golden parachute and leave.
He doesn't have the hootspa to face the people whose lives he's either ruined or us about to ruin. All he cares about is what he looks like to the shareholders. This company was better run when it was under the control of the Dayton family. At least they cared about thier employees
