...just heard that all of IT will be moving out of SF and into Pleasanton offices. I'm already hearing a number of people accepting job offers at Ross, and Target. Low morale, no focus, low confidence in management, and the only thing strategic going on: middle managers working on their next promotion!
How's this for structure: out of ~2500 IT personnel, about 400 of those are Managers and above, 650 are full time employees, and the rest....contractors/offshore personnel.
