What a joke, about a year 1/2 ago they axed an entire TTS team right before peak season. The theory was why do we need a team to support a SaS app. Today I see they are recruiting to build that exact team back up. GREAT LEADERSHIP! What a joke. The people on that team were great and all landed jobs with in weeks. Good luck paying more for less! That round of layoffs motivated me to start looking and have never been happier since leaving.

More money and bigger bonus after target. The advantage for Target was the proposal of a secure job and work life balance. Without tat many of the people I knew there could have gotten a state job for the same pay.
A large swath of folks in TTS really have no idea how to manage applications and infrastructure. They do know how to have meetings with vendors to get the answers though. Why doesn't Target just outsource everything and be done with it?
Fyi... Take a job in TTS and you can work at TCS once they decided to out source you. Good old bait and switch.
