Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Kicked to the Curb!

Dolly Wagner-Wilkens is out! She will transition things over the next several months and then she is gone. Woohoo! Now they need to cut ties with Deborah Kerr.

Surely she will also be marked 'Not re-hireable'. Like the ones laid off.

FEW people who have issues with Dolly? I don't know anyone at Sabre who likes or respects her. Conditions have got to improve with this development.

Any member of management who places themselves above others to the point where the majority of their employees know to avoid them is obviously one who is not interested in building a cohesive, forward moving team. Take a look at the common factor here, the few people who take issue with her or um.....her.

Dolly could be abrasive and demanding, but she was also honest and fair. Certainly more so than any other manager I had at Sabre in my 10 years before being laid off. Dolly was one of the best managers I've ever had, period. I knew a few people at Sabre who had issues with Dolly, but that told me more about THEM than HER.

Not sure what your beef was with Dolly. As far as DK, you may be looking at the next CEO. And work will continue to shift.
