Devops is the new word for collaboration but some only doing it via HipChat. How limited it must be given we were all born with a communication tool built in but fail to utilize and/or express our thoughts with it.

And hipchat? Great, one more reason for people to not interact with one another to get something done without a million computer interactions.
"Interact"......you remember what that is, right? You get off your butt, walk to their cube, look them in the eye, talk, discuss, argue, agree and make a damn decision.

DevOps???? Seriously? So this is this years new HR gimmick that they've latched on to. Guess they need to justify their existence somehow. Geez, I hope we don't lose Leadership Expectations, cause I'd sure miss that!. and we all know FFF has been thrown by the wayside (sigh).
