You feel sorry for people who still have a job? Maybe, they were under utilized before but now, they are fully utilized? It's a free marketplace. If you feel like you are overworked, find another job.
So what else do you do....explain, so I'll know.
Admins do more than calendar management and letter typing. If that's all you think an admin does you have issues.
I'm sorry but I see no value in an admin. Any leader that can't manage their own calendar should be fired by now
