Students complaining to the government got the message out, but ex-employees provided the daggers

Many of your former co-workers went to the government with physical evidence of CCI chicanery. They are the real heroes of this story. CCI refused to provide requested documentation thinking it would incriminate them. But, the feds already had mountains of documents provided by ex-employees. I am very proud of all of them for all they did to bring down this socially destructive, parasitic company.

308 is delusional. Dept of Ed couldn't get it up with a bucket truck. OP is right, there is data that doesn't lie and a substantial chunk of that info is in the hands of those who were wise. They didn't buy the Zenith "we want to educate" trash fed into them by leadership, just as they didn't buy CCi's months of promises that things were just swell. These are the days of the underappreciated, undercompensated, and underestimated employee.

290 - I agree that Zenith is no better than CCI. However, look how long it took to push CCI over the edge. Also - I believe that the primary reason the ECMC deal got done was to avoid having DOE discharge huge numbers of loans. If that is correct, DOE will bend over backwards to very quietly wind down Zenith over a long period of time.

There is also a lot of information on Zenith for wrong doings since they got here. Zenith's time is coming.
