Ask how many Indian (and I'm not talking about American Indian) managers at sabre hire only nonasian people.

Lets see thru these next layoffs how many Indians go and stay....wake up and smell the curry.
Oh yea. Definitly. It has nothing to with color or race. Is that the reason I see so many curry jokes on this page?
No. It has nothing to do with color. It should have a lot to do with honesty, morals, values, communication skills, command of the English language, and performance. If a person has all that, great. If not, they shouldn't be hired just because they hail from the same country of the hiring manager...US, India, Poland, or anywhere else.
Oh you are so scared that someone better of the wrong color is replacing you? Well boo hoo.
The trick I use is "The connection is really bad, you're cutting out" in order to get them to repeat themselves. You have to have an ear for the sing song accent.
Half the time I can't even understand them on conference calls. Do they do that on purpose????
I'm buying the idea of being a global company with global employees everywhere.. But now what we see is an Indian company.. And having an Indian manager is bad for the employees... They are nice to the boss but really bad for the ones working for them ...... probably a cultural thing.
Yes, look at upper management too by all means.
I'd also look at the person running the company, it's fine and dandy to point at certain ethnic types at the manager-level but what about the folks at the top that are dismembering the company?
They don't like to hire Americans because they can perform autonomously, speak up when something needs pushback, and have the ability to analyze, interpret, and think outside the box. Also, the underground corner cutting with copy and paste of code etc is uncovered easily. College cheaters became career exploiters.
I know what this post is saying and kudos to the poster for speaking up. The Indian managers don't like to hire Americans. So glad we have them the opportunity to work in our country... Said with sarcasm.
Are you saying they do or they dont?
