I'm sure it pisses off the DOE and the AG that Heald simply denies everything rather than accept any responsibility. Has anybody at Heald or CCI ever been disciplined? Companies engage in practices of all types regularly. it is not right, but it is part of doing business in the U.S. Instead of punishing tens of thousands, why not prosecute those who forged the numbers and engaged in shady practices? Um, trouble with this BS thinking is that Kamala Harris filed this lawsuit 19 months ago when she had nothing to gain politically. The good news is that she appears unavailable to be bought by CCI, which her predecessor was. Yes, Jerry Brown was bought by CCI in 2007.
