A layed off gl can return after 3 months but a layed off team member can not return until after 6 months. Why is this? Also, why is there new GLS every week? Is senior managers so bad they can't keep the GLS from quitting? The gl turn over rate is over 70 percent. What does that say for leadership in tiftin. They are scrapping the bottom of the barrel.
