Trouble with BACO?

Anyone having trouble contacting BACO? Seems their email address no longer works.

Has anyone had trouble getting their severance from them?

Has anyone verified that the CSI payment has to be deducted for overlap with local severance? They say this is the procedure, but I was wondering if anyone tried to challenge this.

it takes 3 to 4 months for everybody to get paid from BACO - you need to stay on top of it with your last HR manager who ultimately will approve what gets paid to you. Be smart and don't piss anybody off until you get the money in the bank. I expect mine at the end of the month - 5 months after leaving

They replied my email the next day. However, after 3 months they have not paid me a single cent yet, citing complex benefit involving multi-departments etc etc.
