Monday Rig Soultions decided to layoff 15% off all aftermarket field service technicians. This was in all departments of service. This included all techs still in the tech college.

Can't speak for other country departments. I have heard they are shutting down tech colleges in other countries though.
Once the good people leave, they will NEVER return. Some poor decisions are being made by those who think they know better. Let's see where the company is in six months...Even Buffet is getting rid of his stock.
What about other country rig solution service and tech college?
