It should be finished- end of Q2 is done as of June 1st:/ sucks that some of us great employees didn't make it . Never had a complaint but the ones who mess up all the time got to stay. Mine was a total Inside job of favoritism done by a coward. Scared to let go the ones who were slacking because of them getting angry so he let the nice one go easier for him.. Management at Weatherford needs improving.
Magnolia was just hit with its 4th layoff round this year, yesterday. Most unusual layoff yet, not only HR, but the legal department AND a police officer as "security". Was informed they were done with layoffs yesterday, only the two. However, our "security" is back today.
You can't trust management! They're still laying off and more are still come. Get a clue people.

As stated they said no workforce reductions planned. That means if things don't get better they will still layoff because you can't run a business just breaking even. If things go for one or two months and don't turn around they will be looking to make cuts in order to attempt to "right the ship". Except the ship has a hole in the bottom and if they don't fix it the ship will sink anyway.
I just got let go yesterday.
We are still very top heavy. Lay off there, where its needed.
