Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Any logic in selection of layoff ? no

Dont undertstand the logic of selecting people for laying off. There are set of people ( PMs 17 n above , Male / Female all )in Target India, who are without projects, just doing PM 201/ 301 kind of training and other non project related work / non core work , rather then project delivery are stil in company . Shocking people with successful project delivery and completely engaged in work are laid off :::)).....Dont balme the logic on some software or consultant. People can see from naked eyes, what is happening , It's really shame on so calllled Managemnet in Targte / Targte India who them self have not delivered any successful project / program and give you lecture ..:)

There are people who are just passing time in name of process , some non existing improvemnet and what not nonsense, and are still in surviving company .....

The logic is that your KMG eliminated your PG15/17 role to save their skin. And within 6 months they will backfil these positions because they know nothing about how run business!

And after backfiling these roles, they will proclaim "transformation" is over, and they will promote themselves.

The FAT layer is still there .... and competent people are layedoff.... there needs to be a mass exodus of all competant people... there is a need to show the socalled "leadership" a lesson.....

With such politics it isnt work to work for such a company....
